I am still in a dilemma every organ in our body gets sympathy, support, care and treatment when it is unwell but why not our brain, why not our mind ?
If mental illnesses were that simple we wouldn’t be struggling in the first place.
It’s so common, it could be anyone.
The trouble is, nobody wants to talk about it. And that makes everything worse.”
My commitment lies in my mission to dismantle the stigmas surrounding mental health and raise awareness about the full spectrum of mental well-being. I am actively working to convey the message that discussing mental health should not be avoided or stigmatized.
To combat the stigma surrounding mental health, I’ve been engaged in various initiatives, including Men’s Mental Health, Women’s Mental Health, addressing Menstrual Stigma, Sexuality Stigma, Mental Health of Rape Survivors, aiding beggars and addressing their mental conditions, LGBTQ+ mental health, mental health of orphans, Cross Dressing, Dysfunctional families, gender dysphoria, the impact of substance abuse on mental health, and Suicide prevention. I also focus on mental health first aid and numerous other areas.
I am on a mission to break down the barriers associated with mental health and promote an understanding of the mental health continuum. I aim to emphasize that discussing mental health is not taboo.
I invite you to join me in volunteering for this cause!
