My Story.
“Smooth seas don’t make good sailors”, and I have had a very low tide, in 2017 when I lost my daughter…. completely devastated and shattered have had a NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE …and when I was in a phase where my inner voices were at continuous battle with each other….
The Guilt and the mother in me , would only cry, sulk, curse, feel devastated and escalate to self harm by not eating, not sleeping…not coping….just did not bother about myself…
The only things which made sense to me was to repeat the story to myself .
I would make sure that I kept revisiting the event ,see her last moments . how to get her back ..?
and how to undo to what has been done..?
The trauma hit me hard..
The PAIN I FEEL IS THE SAME… I FEEL IT WILL CONTINUE TO REMAIN THE SAME… THE ONLY THING WHICH DEFINES ME, IS A SHIFT”
Experiencing the NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE, all I want to share is I think we should “learn to observe closely”
Perspective is the key when you are experiencing challenges in Life….
ACCEPTANCE OF WHAT LIFE OFFERS TO ME…
